* The Magento plans don’t include major releases for example version 1.x to 2.x as these updates require extensive foundational changes and are much less common. Due to the complexities of working with Magento there is a 6-month minimum term applied to those plans. Security scans do not clean your website for you, they just notify of potential problems which can then be addressed. For more advanced security services please see FGX-Web. If the monthly hours are not used they will roll over for a maximum of 3 months, after which they start again from 0. No refunds will be offered and hours cannot be exchanged for money.

** These prices are typical of a single Magento store with up to 20 modules installed and around 2500 transactions per month. If your store has more modules or a greater number of transactions then please get in touch and we can discuss your rates.
